Our holiday townhouse in Dahme on the Baltic Sea offers around 60 m² of space for up to five guests. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s just 500 m from the sandy beach and a grocery store with bakery. Upstairs, you’ll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 m × 2 m), the other with two single beds. For a fifth guest—ideally a child—there’s an additional fold-out guest bed. All beds have synthetic duvets and pillows. On the ground floor, the living room features a cozy seating area, SAT-TV, and a dining table adjoining the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen essentials. From the living room, you access the fenced south-facing terrace with a small garden (fence approx. 1 m high). There’s also a shower room with window on this floor. A private parking space is included. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats are provided. Baby bedding is not available and must be brought by you. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. Pets are welcome: Up to two small or medium-sized dogs may stay for an additional fee. Please bring your own blankets and towels for your pets to protect the furniture. Other pets are not permitted. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. Please note: Guests aged 18 and over are subject to local tourist tax.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, crockery, and cutlery. The bathroom with window, shower, and coin-operated washing machine (use for an additional fee) is also on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, books, a travel cot, and a high chair are available free of charge. You and your children can enjoy the playground with sandbox, slide, swings, and a large lawn. A barbecue fireplace is ready for you. A parking space and bicycle storage are also available. Dogs are welcome! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs may join you for an extra charge. They can run freely in the fenced terrace area. The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms (approx. 18 m² and 16 m²), each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.20 m and 1.80 m x 2.00 m). Synthetic duvets and pillows are provided. The living room (approx. 30 m²) with southwest-facing terrace offers a corner sofa with sleeping function (for 1 person), an armchair, SAT-TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and dishes. There is also a bathroom with shower and window. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, bath mat, electricity, water, and heating are included in the price. Please bring your own baby bedding. Washing machine and dryer with coin slot, free Wi-Fi (streaming and video games not allowed due to limited data), and a garage are available. Travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge. The outdoor facilities next door can be easily reached via your own garden and offer a playground (sandbox, slide, swings, large lawn), a barbecue area with grill fireplace (please clean after use), bicycle storage, and clothesline. Pets are not allowed (also suitable for guests with pet hair allergies). Dishes and grill grate must be cleaned and put back by guests; this is not included in the final cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and dishes. For the 5th guest, there is a guest bed in the living room (recommended for children up to 10 years). There is also a bathroom with shower and window. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, bath mat, as well as electricity, water, and heating are included. Please bring baby bedding. A coin-operated washing machine, free Wi-Fi (no streaming or video games due to limited data), and a parking space are available. A cot and, on request, a high chair are provided free of charge. The outdoor facilities next door are easily accessible via the private garden and offer a playground (sandbox, slide, swings, large lawn), a barbecue area with grill fireplace (please clean after use), bicycle storage, and clothesline.
